Michael and Melissa Hanson
Michael and Melissa (and their three college age kids Caleb, Sarah, and Nathan) have ‘grown up’ with the mission to take the love of Jesus where He calls. This has led them to serve locally in the Santa Cruz area for many years and in Mexico for 6 years and now on a new adventure in Papua New Guinea. Michael has a passion to serve and disciple and has a background in engineering, construction, pastoring, working on anything with wheels and wings and as his wife would put it, generally a very handy guy to have around! Melissa is a Chiropractor with her own practice that makes it very handy to go wherever the Lord leads them. Her passion is encouraging others in Jesus and His Word while caring for their physical and spiritual health… preferably outside in God‘s beautiful creation! Michael and Melissa are excited to join the team in Papua New Guinea beginning January 2025!
