When Anna first arrived at the hospital, her tuberculosis condition was critical. She couldn’t eat, drink, or even speak, and her breathing was so labored that her father feared she wouldn’t survive the flight. She was placed on a feeding tube and began treatment, and with each passing day, God answered prayers for her healing. Slowly, strength returned. Anna is now able to eat, drink, and talk again, bringing deep relief to her father and joy to everyone who meets her.
During her recovery, Anna was introduced to the King of Glory lessons, a creation-to-Christ Scripture series shared with our hospital patients. She quickly fell in love with the stories and the coloring pages that go along with them. She often gathered with other children to watch the lessons, and they were eager to share what they were learning about God’s love.
By mid-September, Anna had already completed lessons explaining Jesus’ sacrifice and how He opened the way for all mankind to know God. Her happy smile reflected her growing health and the hope she was discovering through the Word. Even as she continues treatment, she is more active, full of joy, and always ready to show her coloring pages.
