Quentin Blackford is a dynamic healthcare leader with over 25 years in the medical technology space. As President and CEO of iRhythm Technologies, he’s leading the effort to disrupt cardiac monitoring through the power of AI, having transformed the company and delivering as much as 300% increase in shareholder value during his tenure.

Before iRhythm, Quentin helped lead Dexcom’s explosive growth as COO/CFO, helping expand from $719M to $1.9B while delivering 580% shareholder returns. His career also includes key roles at NuVasive and Zimmer Holdings, consistently driving growth and operational excellence.

Quentin has degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Grace College, has served on multiple public company boards, as well as the Advisory Board of Grace College.

On a personal note, Quentin has been married to his childhood sweetheart, Melissa, for 25 years. They have three children – Trey, Emma, and Lucy. When he’s not transforming healthcare companies, Quentin enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially outdoors – hiking scenic trails or enjoying various activities on the lake.
